A new training from PEERS!

I am not affiliated in any way with PEERS, other than as a certified trainer. The purpose of this post is to spread information about a program I believe in. I do not currently have any groups running, but if you would be interest in a social skills group for your adolescent with ASD, please reach out!

UCLA PEERS® Clinic is excited to announce the PEERS® Dating Boot Camp on October 12-13, 2019!

We still have spaces left in our Boot Camp next weekend! Please feel free to share this flyer with anyone who might be interested!

*Open to all including teens, adults, families, practitioners and educators*

PEERS® Boot Camps are designed to teach evidence-based social skills to anyone interested in learning more, including teens, adults, families, practitioners, and educators. Attendees are presented with targeted skills through didactic instruction, role-play demonstrations, and have the opportunity to practice the newly-learned skills through behavioral rehearsal exercises. During these behavioral rehearsals, attendees are divided into small breakout groups to practice with direct coaching from our treatment team. PEERS® Boot Camps will be led by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson, founder and director of the UCLA PEERS® Clinic. Please note if you already have gone through the PEERS® program, Boot Camps will serve as a “booster session.” All material covered will be directly from the PEERS® for Young Adults curricula!
